I’m so thankful you are including the “sweeping”audio clip with this course. I am looking forward to trying it with my clients.

  2. Gretchen Michaels says:

I agree with Deborah. It will be good to have that to practice on ourselves so that we can feel comfortable with the verbage with our patients.

Unable to open the module to view. I click on it and it just goes white. Any troubleshooting ideas other than logging off and back in?

The sweeping content was very helpful. I had a traumatic vaginal delivery of a 10-pound baby, and when I closed my eyes to visualize the pelvic bowl, I visualized cobwebs. I might need to see a colleague soon! This will definitely help me in my practice.

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Darla, Isn’t it so interesting how the visualizations come up. Glad you are curious with this and yes, please get some support!

Any tips on releasing more anterior fibers of the pelvic floor, as in closer in attachment to the pubic bones? Also curious about OI release as the attachment points for this would be different.

    1. Lynn Schulte says:

Both of these can be helped by medial compression of the ischium. That will help OI and then for anterior fibers you really have to check to make sure they are no longer in sacral flexion is they are postpartum. Check out my free Sacral Flexion course if you haven’t already. That will pull on those fibers you are asking about. Thanks for your question.
