    Would you want to do a Q-tip test with all these diagnoses before doing anything internally – to see if the patients body lets you in and how severe their pain is?

      Yes, you can start there. I ususally do Q-tip test if I suspect Vestibular Vestibulitis or to check out the glands. It totally depends on the intensity of their pain. You can determine this from your intake. If they seem super flared then yes start with a Q tip. If they don’t then I’d start very gently with my finger. Hope this helps!
