    Hi Lynn, I am loving the course so far – it is really helpful! I have a question regarding closing the pelvic bones… When is the best time to start doing this exercise? Right after birth? Thank you very much in advance!

    1. The rebozo just gets the iliums and not the ischiums to come together because the femur bones are in the way. The ischial bones need help approximating too so either using the adductor/abductor muscles can do so or our hands.
