The video says the upper hand is on the pubic bone, which is why I thought that the hand is superior to the pubic bone was false. Is the hand suppose to be on the pubic bone or superior to it?
For the pelvic Diaphragm release I have half of my hand on the pubic bone the other part of the hand above it. So it’s a bit of both. I’ll make the question more clear. Thanks
