The workbook outlines class beginning at 8:30 and going until 12:00 for 3.5 hours total. With this session scheduled to be going from 5:00-8:00 pm are the intros and grounding happening at 4:30 or 5:00 and is the total time 3 or 3.5 hours total? Thank you.
